As an attorney practicing law in Medina for over forty years, Bill has represented clients in all aspects of probate and estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, tax planning, and administration of trusts and decedents’ estates. Bill’s services also include representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation and in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Bill also represents individuals and families in all aspects of small business affairs.

Representative Experience

Advises the administration of modest to multi-million dollar estates and trusts. Specializes in probate litigation involving will contests, asset ownership disputes, abuse of Power of Attorney, and mismanagement of estates and trusts.
Frequently receives appointment by Probate Court to administer disputed estates or to mediate estate disputes
Regularly involved in problem solving for family disputes/litigation involving elderly clients, their assets and family
Has been litigation counsel in numerous complex litigations for private and industry clients
Handles all aspects of real estate transactions including sales by residential real estate owners, including private financing, commercial transactions, leases, and land contracts
Frequently advises clients in all aspects of small business matters, including corporations, limited liability companies (LLC’s), and partnerships
