Summary

Robert J. Bux is a partner in the firm.

Robert was born and raised in Wadsworth, Ohio, graduating from Wadsworth High School in 1967. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University in 1971 and a Master of Science degree in 1973. While at Ohio State, he played snare drum for five years in the OSU Marching Band.  After graduation, he worked as a design and project engineer for three years.

Robert left engineering in 1975 to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati, being awarded the Katsanis Memorial Scholarship, and graduating in 1978.  Upon graduating he passed the Ohio bar exam, and joined the Medina law firm of Williams and Batchelder, mentored by William G. Batchelder, Jr. In 1984, Robert became a partner of the firm and was also admitted to practice in Florida.  He represents numerous individual and business clients in Ohio and Florida in matters of probate and estate planning, business and corporate law, and civil litigation.
