COVID-19 POLICY
Williams and Batchelder, LLP has amended our COVID-19 temporary policy. We want to assure our current and prospective clients that our firm is fully prepared to provide support to you or your business in any of our practice areas during these troublesome times.
In a response to the contagiousness of the COVID-19 and for the protection of our employees, our clients, attorneys and staff, correspondence with clients and prospective clients will occur via email or telephone call. This contact information is available on the Contact page.
If an in person meeting is necessary, we require that all individuals in attendance wear face masks.
We are closely monitoring both the federal and state governments’ stances on COVID-19 policies and the resulting challenges that are facing individuals and businesses. Our attorneys are still able to provide any of our legal services including help with estate planning, probate and non-probate administration, legal advice on employment/business/corporate matters, and litigation in Ohio courts.
Williams and Batchelder, LLP hopes that through this policy we can continue to perform our part in social distancing and providing a safe and secure law office. We wish you all safety and good health.
